Cadence, Nevada, is a master-planned community that consists of 2,200 acres and is located north of Lake Mead Boulevard and west of Boulder Highway.
This community has both gated and non-gated developments. Cadence focuses on community, placing its residents close to parks, pools, trails, schools, restaurants, and shops. The homes in this community range from 1,800 square feet to over 3,500 square feet.
Schools
There are public and private schools that serve students living in Cadence. The schools include Lake Mead Christian Academy, Pinecrest Academy, and the public Legacy Traditional Schools.
Amenities
The amenities of this community include a 2,000-square-foot splash pad, pickleball courts, six-lane lap pool, and adventure playgrounds. This is a very child-focused community, so it is ideal for families.
There’s even a bike share program so you can ride around Cadence at no charge if you join the program. You receive an account number and PIN that can be entered on any bike to unlock it. Simply check out a bike and return it to any of the hubs in Cadence.
Accessibility and Activities
Cadence is close to the very new Henderson Hospital. It’s also close to Cowabunga Bay Waterpark, Reflection Bay Golf Club, Tuscany Golf Course, and Chimera Golf Club. If you love nature, then you’ll enjoy the short distance to Lake Mead and Lake Las Vegas.
Central Park is another hotspot. It’s a 50-acre area with plenty of turf, pickleball courts, an amphitheater, play areas, Wi-Fi, and the splash pad and lap pool.
Overall, there are more than 450 square feet of open space to enjoy. There are dog parks, walking trails, and pocket parks throughout the community.
Of course, you have easy access to the Las Vegas Strip, Henderson and its shopping and dining, and the many golf courses and events in the surrounding communities.
