Mccullough Hills

McCullough Hills’ boundaries are from Stephanie Street to the west, I-515 to the east, I-215 to the north, and Black Mountain to the south. There are approximately 2,000 beautiful single-family homes, 350 condominiums, and 300 townhomes build between 1997 and 2018. Non-gated and gated developments with apartments are available.
Median home prices are $334,400 or $1570 per square foot. These are upscale homes that are ideal for retiring seniors, families with small children, couples, and individuals.

Schools

Students can go to high-quality schools. Foothill High School, Mannion Junior High School, and Newton Ulis Elementary School have a B- niche rating.

Parks

There are a number of parks that include Reunion Trails Park, Acacia Park, and Hidden Falls Park. These parks are great for walking or letting the kids blow off some steam.

Accessibility

McCullough Hills is strategically placed so that residents have easy access to I-215 and I-515. It only takes 15 to 20 minutes to drive to the Las Vegas Strip and Boulder City. This gives access to the amenities of surrounding communities, shopping centers, casinos, parks, and much more.

Shopping and Entertainment

The close proximity to Las Vegas and Boulder City presents a lot of shopping opportunities. Close by are four grocery stores: Albertsons, Smiths, Winco, and Vons. You can also head to the Amazing Green Valley District, which has a long list of dining and shopping locations.
