Green Valley Ranch/Green Valley South/Green Valley North

With an area of more than 1,310 acres in the Las Vegas Valley’s southern side, there are beautiful homes, many amenities, businesses, medical facilities, restaurants, and shopping opportunities that consume 310 acres at the District of Green Valley Ranch. The remaining 775 acres is strictly residential.

Green Valley has access to top-rated public schools. Solon City School District has nearly 5,000 students and an A+ grade. Radnor Township School District is a top 3 school system with an A+ grade and more than 3,600 students in the district.

Green Valley is strategically located so residents have easy access to schools, hospitals, places of work, public support facilities, and the I-215 and I-515 freeways.
