It has earned the nickname “The Beverly Hills of Las Vegas.” Home prices within the Lake Las Vegas community range from $475,000 to $3 million. Median home sale prices over the past 12 months have rested around $925,000 or $232.12 per square foot.
The homes are Mediterranean style and have some unique views of Lake Las Vegas. There are also some very stellar views from the South Shore Golf Course.
There are single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums located around Lake Las Vegas.

There is a good selection of highly rated private and public schools that will provide children with a quality education.
