Lake Las Vegas is a master-planned community that has mountains to its north, east, and south. It has beautiful views, especially from its two public golf courses, one of which was designed by Jack Nicklaus at South Shore. The housing in this guard-gated community is multitiered luxury, executive housing. It has earned the nickname “The Beverly Hills of Las Vegas.” Home prices within the Lake Las Vegas community range from $475,000 to $3 million. Median home sale prices over the past 12 months have rested around $925,000 or $232.12 per square foot.
The homes are Mediterranean style and have some unique views of Lake Las Vegas. There are also some very stellar views from the South Shore Golf Course.
