Anthem has an area just under 8.7 square miles and is a master-planned community that is home to several developments.
Coventry Homes – The Coventry area has a total of 68.89 acres that has 611 single family homes that range in size between 1,502 square feet and 4,559 square feet. There are some truly elegant homes that are highlights of the community.
Sun City Anthem – Sun City Anthem is located in the southwest of Henderson, Nevada, and topped the 55places.com list of “The 10 Most Loved Extravagant Dynamic Adult Communities in the United States in 2011.” There are approximately 8,000 homes that house 12,000 people. Some of the homes sit on the fairways.
The 55+ age-confined group built around 1998 and expanded in 2008 by Del Webb has diverse and beautiful manor floor design alternatives (two) and single-family homes (31) that have secured entryway patios and secured backyards. Recreational Focuses
This wonderful group has three recreational focuses: The 36,000-square-foot Independence Center, the 77,000-square-foot Anthem Center, and the 20,000-square-foot Liberty Center. Each of these centers considers the needs of the occupants of Sun City Anthem. Residents will find world-class wellness offices, bocce ball, tennis courts, indoor tracks, golf, and a restaurant on-site.

The Anthem master plan in Henderson is Anthem Highlights. Mostly located in the 89044 zip code, Anthem Highlands is home to shopping, hiking opportunities, and diverse parks and is located next to the Anthem Country Club. Eleven neighborhoods complete Anthem Highlands. The neighborhoods are Portpatrick, Sommerville, Glengarry, Clermont, Earlstone (gated), Montrose, Calgary, Avondale, Haddington (gated), Edinburgh (gated), and Inverness. There are nearby shopping opportunities in the Anthem Highlands Retail Plaza. Residents can enjoy Starbucks, Albertsons, PT’s, CVS, Pizza Hut, and CVS. The banks in the area include Wells Fargo and Bank of America. You even have a dry cleaner who can take care of your wardrobe.
Anthem Country Club
The Anthem Country Club covers 659.59 acres. It is a guard-gated golf course community that features custom and semi-custom homes. The club is private and is home to the private championship Hale Irwin Course. There is a high degree of beauty, which is made evident by the cascading waterfalls at the entrance of the Anthem master plan.
Basically, the Anthem Country Club is its own small town with approximately 6,500 homes sitting on lots that are larger than the average lots in the Las Vegas Valley. The community was specifically designed to blend well with the native desert. The homes range in size from 1,268 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet.
