Gibson Springs

Gibson Springs is an upscale community with boundaries that extend from I-515 to the east, from Arroyo Grande Boulevard to the west, Warm Springs Road to the north, and I-215 to the south. This community includes 1,700 single-family homes, 930 condominiums, and 430 townhomes that were built between 1983 and 2018. There are apartments available in non-gated and gated communities. Construction is currently active here to meet the high demand for homes within this suburb.

They are Bartlett Selma Elementary School with a B+ niche rating, Barbara & Hank Greenspun Junior High School with a B-, and Green Valley High School with an A-. Parks

There are several parks in the area. One of the parks is Cornerstone Park, which has a manmade railroad lake. Other parks include Trail Canyon park and the Arroyo Grande Sports Complex.
The Arroyo Grande Sports Complex is home to five baseball fields and four softball fields. It’s maintained by the city of Henderson.

Accessibility

Gibson Springs is located near many great areas, such as the Las Vegas Strip and Boulder City, which are about a 15- to 20-minute drive away. This opens residents up to many experiences, from nightlife and casino gambling to shopping and dining. Residents have easy access to I-515 and I-215 to reach a wide range of popular destinations.

Residents of Gibson Springs have easy access to two Galleria malls, Sunset Station, a number of other shopping facilities, restaurants, and offices. In addition to being located near Henderson, residents are a short drive away from Green Valley South, the Green Valley District and its many shopping and dining opportunities, and several golf courses and country clubs, like the Legacy Golf Club.
