Inspirada is a master-planned community that is nestled in the extreme southwest corner of the city of Henderson. At a mere 85 acres that is filled with walkable pathways, open spaces, multifaceted interactive parks, the new 20-acre Aventura Park, and baseball fields, it’s a small community that is ideal for people of all ages.
The median home price in Inspirada is $346,117 or $155.54 per square foot. Home prices range from $230,000 to $800,000. There are several builders in the community that are actively selling homes, so the market is still wide open in this small community.

Schools

Inspirada students are served by Inspirada’s own Pinecrest Inspirada, which is a brand-new elementary school. Shirley and Bill Wallin Elementary School is also close by. Of course, students can attend the public or charter schools in Henderson, which include John Vanderburg Elementary School, Selma F. Bartlett Elementary School, Frank S. Lamping Elementary School, Jack & Terry Mannion Middle School, and many others. The Henderson area has an extensive selection of schools.

Accessibility

Residents have easy access to I-215 and I-515. This makes the surrounding communities, Boulder City, and Las Vegas easily accessible. There’s also the nearby Rose Dominican Hospital, many restaurants on Eastern Avenue, shopping experiences, and fun activities.

Inspirada is located close to the M Casino Hotel. However, the close proximity to Las Vegas means there are many shows, casino gambling experiences, and dining experiences to enjoy. Henderson also has a variety of events, such as big artist concerts, the Young Artist Concert, the Henderson Heritage Parade & Festival, Last Friday on Water Street, and much more, throughout the year.

Shopping

Residents are excited about the new Costco locating in Inspirada on St. Rose Parkway, as well as the new practice facility for the Las Vegas Raiders. Henderson has many shopping centers. The District at Green Valley Ranch, Galleria at Sunset, and the Whitney Ranch Shopping Center are just a few that are near.
