Paradise Hills

The Paradise Hills’ boundaries are Black Mountain to the west, I-515 to the north, College Drive to the east, and nothing but nature to the south. There are approximately 2,790 single-family homes, condos, and apartments. There is a mix of non-gated and gated developments, as well as semi-custom equestrian properties on the east side of the community. Building began in 1979 and continues today.

Residents are approximately 20 to 25 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip and Boulder City. I-515 is the main highway that is the closest to the community.

Henderson has the closest shopping centers to Paradise Hills, which is just a short drive away. The close proximity to Henderson and other suburbs opens residents up to many dining and shopping opportunities, as well as events and recreational activities.

Activities

To the north of Paradise Hills is Black Mountain, which is home to more parks and the Black Mountain Golf and Country Club. The Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino is to the east.
